Notes on Planning Meetings

If a meeting is cancelled, skip the training week that was missed due to the cancellation. That meeting can be made up on a week 6 or week 12 night, and the CPFT can be moved to a weekend. This maintains the rest of the scheduled training (ex., moral leadership with the Chaplain, who is on a specific schedule).

Classes have been planned so that they are easily interchangable, if for some reason Aerospace needs to replace Leadership because of a special training opportunity.

Ideally, classes should be 15-30 minutes, especially if no hands on training occurs. With hands on and practical training, classes can last as long as 40 minutes.

Time has been alotted for movement, breaks, and prep with all of these class periods, so keep that in mind when planning classes.

Meetings have been planned out above to alternate lectures with practical or movement related activities. When executing the OPORD, change of location to maintain attention span should also be considered.
